Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their IT staffing needs and requirements. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and databases to manage and track candidate pipelines effectively. Conduct technical and non-technical interviews to assess candidates fit for various IT roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT market trends, skills, and technologies. Provide a seamless candidate experience and build long-term professional relationships. Qualifications: Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter, preferably in an RPO environment. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment tools. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
