Kamini Sawhney is the Director of the Museum of Art & Photography (MAP) in Bengaluru. With a vision to inspire audiences in India, she has brought together a young, inspired team focused on creating a fresh museum experience. Her special skill in collaborating with other institutions has enabled several exhibitions in partnership with global institutions such as Tate, London, and Foam, Amsterdam. She was selected as one of the first candidates for the Brooks Fellowship at Tate Modern in 2014, and previously, she was a journalist and television anchor at NDTV, Mumbai.
