EEO-1 Reporting is a mandatory annual report that records the demographic workforce data of prevailing employees working in an organization. US EEOC formulates form EEO-1. The EEOC has announced that the long-delayed 2023 EEO-1 reporting period will finally open on April 30, 2024.
