The comprehensive feature set of the CLEANSORB family of dry bed exhaust gas abatement systems is represented by the PRIMELINE series. Specifically designed to manage the gas fluxes and associated operating conditions of safety-critical process applications, such as Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD), the system is specifically constructed. With the backup column included in the smaller-footprint CLEANSORB PS versions, output can continue when the primary absorber column's capacity is exhausted. Two full-size absorber columns and a backup column are included in the bigger CLEANSORB PD model. One primary column can continue to absorb exhaust gas while providing complete SEMI-S2-compliant safety protection, and the second column is separately purged before being taken out of the cabinet and refilled.
