It’s natural for us to eat differently during the cold winter months, therefore we gain weight while not moving around as much. We don’t get as much fresh air, as much of our (most people) time is spent indoors. So, we need to lose that “winter weight” before we can get in shape to enjoy all those great summer activities that we all look forward to. | |
