Job description The project to gather a comprehensive dataset through a health study, beginning with participants from India market. We will collect text, image, and voice data inputs from selected individuals. Purpose: The purpose of this project is to gather a comprehensive dataset through conducting a health study Requirement: Patients over the age of 30 Participant is located in India. Participants are diagnosed with either Prediabetes or Diabetes type 1 or type 2 or Diagnosed Able to speak, read and write in English. Willing to give informed consent and sign ICF. Compensation: You can earn 13 USD for the Complete tasks. Task: Participants are required to answer all questions logically in the survey and record 3 voices per request. Participants are required to upload 2 images: one of their diabetes prescriptions and one of the medications they are currently taking (as listed in the prescription).
