Our caring history dates back years ago when our founders, Dr. Mahsa Hojat-Khoshniyat and Roozbeh Khoshniyat, started our practice. Over the years, they have worked with countless clients, each with their unique struggles, and have developed a keen understanding of how to help people heal and thrive. At Heal and Thrive Therapy and Coaching, we believe that everyone's journey is unique, and therefore, our therapy solutions are tailored to each client's individual needs. We take a very invested approach, getting to know each client on a personal level, and creating a safe, supportive space where they can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Our goal is to help our clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the world around them, so they can live their best lives. Our Healing portion of the practice is our therapy solutions, where we provide researched and cutting-edge treatments for a variety of mental health conditions, including improving over all relationships, quality of life, addressing obstacles in a way of achieving full potential and ADHD. We use a range of modalities all to help our patients heal and thrive. Our therapists work closely with clients to develop a personalized treatment plan that meets their unique needs and goals. Our Thrive portion of the practice is our coaching solutions, where we help our clients build their future lives to be their best selves. Whether they want to improve their relationships, career, or overall sense of well-being, our coaches provide the support, guidance, and accountability necessary to achieve their goals. We help clients identify their strengths, values, and passions and develop a plan to achieve their dreams.
