From childhood memories of garden center visits with my mom to planting our first veggie garden with the kids, gardening has always been a part of my life. Inspired by the Master Gardener Program, I deepened my knowledge and joined a wonderful community of fellow gardeners. On December 12th, 2022, my dream came true when I first visited Walther Gardens. This space allows me to share my gardening passion through landscaping, cut flower areas, demonstration rain gardens, and even beekeeping. With the support of fellow gardeners and neighbors, we created a 1,000 square foot veggie demonstration garden in front of our 1920s bungalow. Visit Walther Gardens & Nursery to be inspired and start your own gardening journey: Thursday - Saturday: 11 AM - 5 PM Sunday: 12 PM - 4 PM Don't forget to stop by The Peggy for Gourmet Century Snowballs: Monday - Wednesday: 3 PM - 8 PM Thursday - Sunday: 12 PM - 8 PM Get your hands in the soil and grow your own garden.
