It is essential that you attend The Oliver Cosmetic Dental Clinic for 6 monthly visits with our dental hygienist Kelly-Ann Reed and annual visits for a dental examination with Dr Oliver or chosen cosmetic dental to ensure the longevity and guarantee of your restorations. The following conditions must be met to be eligible for the 5 year guarantee; otherwise you only be covered for 18 months. • The client must attend recommended dental hygiene appointments every 3-6 months (£128- £160), and a check-up every year at The Oliver Cosmetic Dental Clinic (£125), after the treatment has been completed. If our hygienist recommends that more visits are necessary, this personal maintenance programme must be adhered to. The onus is on the client to arrange these appointments. • The restorations have not been damaged by trauma, bone disease, gum disease, dental decay or by another dentist carrying out additional dental treatments or by teeth grinding or clenching (where the mouthguard is not worn). • If there is an outstanding balance on the clients account, the work is not guaranteed until full payment is made. • Your guarantee is dependent on seeing our dental hygienist every 3-6 months (depending on her recommendation) and Dr Oliver or your chosen cosmetic dentist once a year.  | |
