If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on your Yahoo account and you’ve lost access to your phone, you can use backup codes to recover your account. Log in to Yahoo, click “Forgot Password?” and choose the “Use backup codes” option if prompted. Enter one of your previously saved codes to gain access. If you don’t have the codes, try recovery via email or contact Yahoo support. After logging in, disable 2FA temporarily to update your phone number.
